Vail Counseling Services provides individual counseling for adults ages 20 and up.

Fees & Insurance
175 for all individual 45-minute sessions
I DO NOT see children, families or couples for counseling.
Insurance Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
I am an "Out of Network" provider for all insurance plans. Your mental health coverage likely includes "Out of Network" benefits. You would pay for the session yourself and then forward my receipt to your insurance company for reimbursement. Call the number on the back of your insurance card to find out the rate of reimbursement for an "Out of Network Provider" to determine your out of pocket cost. Several of my clients have been surprised at the amount of reimbursement they are receiving from their insurance company. I urge you to call and find out about your "Out of Network" benefits! Acceptable payments are Cash, check, Visa & MasterCard are accepted for payment. I also take Health Savings Account cards.
Cancellation Policy The session time you set is reserved just for you! I do not double book or overlap appointment times. So, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance of any cancellation. If a cancellation or no show occurs without this advanced notification, you will be charged ($175) for the time reserved.
